To access records from the Clerk and Recorder’s Office please fill out the Request Form for Records of the Clerk and Recorder of the City and County of Denver and pay for the appropriate fees in advance. Certified copies are $1.25 and regular copies are $0.25. Please make checks or money orders payable to the "Manager of Finance." We also accept credit cards.
For records that are restricted, please include Identification (Photo ID) and Proof of Relationship with your form and payment. A list of eligible applicants and requirements is below. Requests will be processed within 3 business days. Copies can be mailed or picked up in person.

Records have been restricted for the last 75 years due to privacy issues. In order to view these records, proof of your relationship to those named in the records or documentation to establish your interest in these records is required.
